Bleu Wine & Spirits proudly presents an ultra-limited release — just 24 bottles of a singular mezcal crafted by Rufina Maguey Silvestre in San Luis Amatlán, Oaxaca. This rare “Puntas” expression is drawn from the most intense and aromatic cut of the distillation, capturing the purest essence of the agave.

This batch unites three wild, hand-foraged agave species rarely seen together:

• Tobalá – The “king of agaves,” small in size but explosive in flavor, prized for its floral elegance, layered sweetness, and subtle spice.
• Cucharilla (Sotol)  – A scarce varietal with green, grassy, and slightly bitter notes, adding depth and complexity.
• Cuishe – A tall, stalk-like Karwinski agave that imparts herbal, mineral, and earthy tones for structure and backbone.

Each plant takes 12–30 years to mature in the wild, making this ensamble an extraordinary convergence of patience, tradition, and nature’s rarity.

Crafted using traditional and artisanal methods—stone-pit roasting, tahona stone milling, natural open-air fermentation in Montezuma Cypress tubs, and double copper distillation—this mezcal delivers a bold yet refined profile: herbal and mineral at the core, lifted by floral and sweet accents, with a long, clean finish that only puntas can offer.
