This spirit is crafted with meticulous care from estate-grown agave roasted in traditional brick ovens. After distillation in copper pots, it is rested for eight months—four in American white oak and four in French oak—a dual-barrel process that imparts incredible complexity. It is an agave-forward tequila that beautifully showcases the mineral-rich terroir of Arandas.
